You are a genuine frickin’ artist. One of a kind class act. Heh… you’re one of my musical soul mates man. I feel like I’ve known you for ever as soon as I listen to a single moment of your music…we share the same mind man!

god! this music is so maturely composed! you can hear every emotion possible in these track – happiness, despair, panic, search for hope, calmness, funky party, everything! or is it just me?
and why the last track made me sweat? those guitars are screaming!
and the finale is so bright! and one minute of silence for his father….
don’t listen to me, i’m just too impressed!

Just popped this on right now, only finished with part 1 and wow, this is just incredible!
August 23rd, 2009 at 3:28 pm
Wow. In the first 5 minutes alone this completely tops Tim Follin (previous holder of the 8-bit prog-rock crown
) at his own game. And it just gets better from there – the pace doesn’t drop for a second. This is chip music on a new level – breathtaking!

Oh wow. This sits right next to Chromelodeon’s Final Recordings as my favorite album. Not just on this site, I mean ever. Amazing stuff, thank you so much for sharing this with the world.

Like I said over at the Shizz, this release is a real treat that’s continuously blowing my mind like a line of Abobos queued up to take turns hitting me in the face.
Thanks for this!

Yeah, Gas is right, art-rock is the best thing.
Great chiptune album, mate.
PS: Make more such songs for ZX Spectrum, btw.

Arguably the best release of the latest times. Absolutely incredible tunes, I just can’t stop listening to the second track which still makes my spine tingle. A heartwarmingly nice dedication, I think what Shawn Phase said below me is absolutely true. Congratulations on this wonderful album and many thanks for it!

Hey man… I lost my father too last year… I can understand you completely… Here is my own dedication to my dad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwUPFojvtls
My condolences, man and trust me, we’ll see them again one day. Even though I’m a cynic and a realist, somehow I think it;s true… i wish you the best. Peace.

This album has really amazed me and I keep listening to it over and over. I lost my father as well when I was young so this album definitely affects me on a certain more emotional level than most albums. I love the album and will be listening to it even more for some time I am sure!
Anyway, I also decided to do a write up about it over at a video game site I contribute to. You can read it here if you like http://thestartscreen.com/2009/09/hey-listen-electric-by-c-jeff/

Thank you, all! It is very pleasant to see such a feedback on one’s work, even after two months after the release date! It means a lot for me.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the album and supported me during the time I was writing it. I promise, there will be definitely more stuff from me in the future, because music is one of the best things in this world!

Awesome music! As in super duper mega awesome!
I have to ask, what are you saying at the end of the second track?
I hear “Electric, I can’t believe you”, “So tragic”, “Sure”. But I don’t think that’s what you’re saying.
In any case – great work! Can’t wait to hear more.
